  1. A friend told me I had to listen to this episode. I’m glad he did! Great content again, John. In the past I’ve shied away from consulting so I could reserve my limited time (I still hold a day job) for the SaaS business I’m building. But your super-practical model showed me that it doesn’t have to be a huge time sink if you outsource 80-90% of the services you sell.
